Job Description :-
*• Effectively source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
- Ability to understand and capture client IT specific requirements.
- Perform resume searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the Internet, referrals, networking, colleges, advertising, association memberships, trade groups, etc.
- Handle the walk-in drive individually.
- Create a different type of reports in excel & stakeholder mgmt
- Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
- Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Negotiate salary and benefits.
- Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan.
- Establish and maintain relationships with consultants to maintain the talent pool.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
